From the Window
One can appreciate the views provided high above the earth. Even though you miss a lot of the sites and sounds of the outside world while traveling in a plane, it does provide moments of beauty and awe. For instance, taking off during a dark, gloomy rain storm and suddenly breaking through the clouds only to see the sun, blue sky and what looks like an endless, soft pillowy floor of clouds beneath you. Take that opportunity and enjoy the view from the window!
